To eat fewer processed or fried foods and fewer foods made from white sugar or flour.
To move more and get regular exercise.
To drink more water.
To get more sleep.
To decrease the stress in your life or to practice techniques which minimize stress.
To pray, meditate and/or take quiet time for reflection daily.
To trust the innate wisdom of your body.
To expect miracles.
To get adjusted regularly so your body has the ability to function at its highest capacity at all times.
